About Us
This role sits with one of the world's leading entertainment services with over 300 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films, live events, games and experiences across a wide variety of genres and languages.

The Team
The Brand Creative Studio is an in-house team of Strategists, Creatives, Designers, and Producers who develop culturally relevant work that strengthens our brand and delight fans around the world. We lead a wide range of creative work and brand expressions across the experience spanning global brand campaigns, partnerships, industry moments, and the everyday moments fans encounter from the brand. We also shape the visual identity and design language that bring the brand to life across every touchpoint. We are united by the belief that compelling strategy, paired with creative and executional excellence, drives both brand and business performance.

Function & Role Overview
The studio is looking for an experienced Creative Producer to help transform ambitious ideas into reality across a diverse range of projects varying in scope, budget, and timelines. Within Global Brand, Creative Production owns the “how” of turning concepts into executed work across every channel and craft. This spans logistics and creative production, resource mapping, timeline and budget management, and cross-functional and agency coordination.

This particular position will focus on producing for our growing collection of immersive physical fan destinations. As Creative Producer, you will help execute the next chapter of The House’s storytelling. In this role, you will produce across two tracks at once: top-of-funnel brand work for The House Las Vegas launch, and always-on and seasonal mid-to-lower funnel campaigns for Philadelphia and Dallas, extending to Las Vegas once it opens.

Las Vegas opens in late Q2 2027, so launch work will build over the coming months. Philadelphia and Dallas keep running through that period, with seasonal moments and near-term campaign needs that can’t wait. You will balance both, then carry always-on work across all three houses once Vegas is open.

Mid-to-lower funnel work here means high-volume, always-on and seasonal campaign assets that drive visitation, ticket sales, and repeat engagement, produced across AV, static, social, and paid media formats and adapted for each location. Craft sits at the heart of this role. We are looking for a seasoned operator with a deep passion for how work gets made, a working knowledge of the creative partner landscape, and strong judgment to match the right partner to the right program, whether the brief calls for high polish or scrappy ingenuity.

Creative Planning
  • Produce across the full range of House output, from top-of-funnel launch campaigns to always-on and seasonal mid-to-lower funnel work: experiential activations, AV, static, social, paid, and integrated campaigns.
  • Inform creative development and marketing operations planning so programs can be produced and scaled across locations and channels.
  • Review creative concepts for feasibility, ensuring projects can be made on-time, on-budget, and within reasonable legal and Business Affairs parameters, including talent clearances, music licensing, and union considerations.
  • Partner closely with the Creative on creative development and, where relevant, the selection of external creative partners.
  • Partner with The House’s cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure creative output is executed on time and within budget.
  • Build and run a production plan that covers the Vegas launch timeline and the near-term needs of Philadelphia and Dallas side by side, driving timeline, budget, and key cross-functional milestones, then consolidate into one shared calendar across all three locations.
  • Steward the production rigor and consistency of always-on work, ensuring small-scale efforts get the same care as flagship campaigns.

Production / Implementation
  • As an integrated producer, drive executional oversight across every element of a program, from AV, print to digital, social, talent, and experiential activations, from pre-production through post.
  • Produce experiential and location-based activations, including vendor management, fabrication, and on-site execution.
  • Own and manage budgets, including reviewing and negotiating production and talent estimates and bids. [Add typical budget range and number of concurrent projects.]
  • Anticipate bottlenecks and propose solutions in advance. Lead problem-solving when execution goes off course, making key decisions so we can continue to deliver without compromising overall creative vision.
  • Co-lead any bespoke production or shoots alongside the creative team, accounting for all production requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary assets are reviewed, approved and delivered on-time to all necessary cross-functional partners (internal, external and agency partners).
  • Collaborate with BCS counterparts and key internal teams for optimal amplification of any given program.

Skillset
  • Minimum 8 years of production experience in brand marketing, ideally in an entertainment or agency environment, with design exposure a plus.
  • Experience producing high-volume, always-on and seasonal campaign assets across AV, static, social, and paid media, including versioning and adaptation at scale—alongside high-impact brand or launch campaigns (AV, OOH, experiential)—and prioritizing between them.
  • Deep experience and understanding of global brands and program management working on fast-paced projects that involve multiple stakeholders, content production, and media activations.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships and efficiently communicate across multiple cross-functional, external, and agency partners.
  • Demonstrated track record building and working with a network of creative partners across the spectrum, from premium production companies to independent artists (as an example).
  • Comfortable operating as a senior individual contributor, managing programs, partners, and budgets without direct reports.
  • Works effectively and enjoys the interplay across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and high judgment in fast-moving environments.
  • Understand, advocate, and embody the company's values and team goals.
