Administrative Support Coordinator

Department and Team: PC Services – Hardware Management & Provisioning Team
Location: One Nationwide Plaza , Downtown Columbus building
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
Pay: $15.76
Anticipated start date: 10/5/2026

Overall description of team:
The Hardware Management & Provisioning team exists as an end-to-end solution to deliver associates quality computing devices. We focus on the entire hardware lifecycle from acquisition to retirement. Our goal is to ensure that the right processes, people and technologies are in place to meet our customers' expectations. This contractor opening is 100% work in the office, opportunity to work in a team environment and to meet the needs of our internal customers.

Job Duties:
  • Fills orders for supplies and forms including receipt and shipment, delivery and reordering, and inventory maintenance in a warehouse environment.
  • Efficiently and securely package and ship PCs and appropriate accessories to end users
  • Process all items according to the requirements of the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Communicate with internal customers and management, especially when problems arise (both in person, over the phone and via email)
Qualifications:
  • Experience with PC Hardware and peripherals and Inventory/Warehouse.
  • Self-starter: Ability to work effectively without constant supervision.
  • Solid communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage conversations with customers and management not only for daily tasks.
  • Detail oriented to ensure minimal shipping errors and high accuracy with ticket fulfillment.
  • Ability to balance multiple workloads under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide/guidance support to others.
  • Ability to easily adapt on the fly to process and procedural changes.
