Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Broken Arrow, OK. This role is responsible for supporting general accounting functions, preparing financial records, performing account reconciliations, and ensuring accurate financial reporting in accordance with U.S. GAAP. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with accounts receivable, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and record journal entries, accruals, and intercompany transactions.
- Perform account reconciliations and balance sheet rollforwards.
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Manage accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Analyze financial data and investigate variances.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Legal, and Customer Support.
- Assist with financial reporting and process improvement initiatives.
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 2–4+ years of accounting experience (5+ years preferred).
- Strong experience with Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations.
- Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP and accounting principles.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
- CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
