Position Summary

The primary job of the Cannabis Trimmer is to manicure dry marijuana flower to company standards. Cannabis Trimmers must adhere to local and state laws and regulations related to marijuana production.

Essential Responsibilities

• Trimmers are primarily responsible for the efficient processing, bucking and trimming of marijuana flower following company guideline quotas
• Must work in a timely manner and strive to increase productivity
• Must be able to adapt to various strains, styles and types of marijuana being trimmed, adjusting techniques to maintain a steady pace and quality
• Must maintain a clean and organized work environment to avoid contaminating product
• Able to use hand tools while sitting or standing for extended periods of time
• Keep good records and follow documentation practices including understanding and maintaining timecard and scheduling software
• Perform any other tasks assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Age Requirement: Must be 21 years or older (State Requirement).
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated environment with strict compliance standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet productivity and performance requirements
• Demonstrates high attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
