Engineering Technician

•     Help with the design and engineering of new greenhouse and irrigation systems, ensuring they meet operational and environmental requirements.
•     Provide technical assistance in the development of project proposals, timelines, and budgets.
•      Collaborate with stakeholders to assess project scope and specifications, ensuring that all designs meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
•     Perform feasibility studies and provide engineering solutions to address any project challenges.
•     Installation and Equipment Management:
•     Oversee the installation and setup of greenhouse structures and irrigation systems.
•     Help troubleshooting, repair, and upgrading of irrigation and greenhouse equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
•      Manage the commissioning of new equipment, ensuring proper installation, testing, and operational readiness.
•     Help implement preventive maintenance programs for all irrigation and
•     Ensure adherence to safety, quality control, and environmental standards in all engineering activities.
•     Sustainability and Efficiency:
•     Advocate for sustainable design principles in all projects, focusing on water conservation, energy efficiency, and minimizing environmental impact.
•     Evaluate and implement new technologies or techniques that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of greenhouse and irrigation systems.
•     Vendor and Client Relations:
•     Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure project success, including procurement of necessary equipment and materials.
