What You'll Do

You won't just support the business-you'll help move it forward.

  • Lead initiatives that improve manufacturing processes, equipment performance, and product quality
  • Design and enhance mechanical systems, tooling, and equipment to support plant operations
  • Partner closely with operators, maintenance, and leadership to solve real-time challenges on the floor
  • Drive continuous improvement through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Support capital projects from concept through implementation
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure all work is performed with safety as the top priority
  • Develop and share knowledge by training and supporting team members
  • Help build a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous growth

Who You Are

You're more than an engineer-you're a problem solver, a collaborator, and a leader in the making.

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into action
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally and building strong relationships on the floor
  • Motivated to take ownership and lead projects from start to finish
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and learning
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, or AutoCAD is a plus
