Essential Functions:
- Assist in residential and commercial projects
- Examine general plans, specifications, and cost estimates to ensure drawings match customer expectations
- Produce engineering calculations and designs for project submittals
- Checking production piece drawings for proper reinforcing, lifting, and stressing requirements
- Participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Develop skills within engineering software such as Concise, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, etc.
- RFI Document Drafting
- Non-compliant product review
Education and Experience:
- A 3rd or 4th year civil engineering student, pursuing a Bachelor's degree or higher
- Required coursework: Reinforced Concrete Design & Structural Analysis
- Preferred coursework: Structural Steel Design, Prestressed Concrete Design (or equivalent RCD 2), and Structural Systems
- GPA of 3.0 or higher is required
- Previous Internship experience preferred

Pay & Benefits:
- Pay for this position will be $25/hr depending on the experience and qualifications of the applicant.*
