- Lead HVAC system design, load calculations, and engineering package development for complex facilities
- Program, implement, and optimize BMS control sequences for efficient building operations
- Oversee reconfiguration, maintenance, and upgrades of equipment, buildings, and infrastructure
- Analyze project data to ensure compliance with specifications, regulatory requirements, and deadlines
- Collaborate with architects and external engineering firms to establish design criteria and produce detailed drawings
- Prepare bid documents and manage contracts for construction and facility acquisitions
- Estimate costs for design, equipment, installation, and labor, ensuring budget alignment
- Inspect construction and installation progress to verify adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience in HVAC design and engineering
- Minimum 5 years' experience with Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Proven experience delivering comprehensive engineering packages from initial calculations to final system validation
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills
