Electrical Project Engineer

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in electrical project management or engineering
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards
  • Excellent project planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to interpret electrical drawings and specifications
  • Effective communication and team collaboration abilities
  • Proficiency with relevant software tools (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with large-scale industrial or commercial electrical projects
  • Familiarity with LEED or other sustainability certifications
  • Previous experience managing budgets and schedules for electrical projects
  • Certification such as PE (Professional Engineer) or PMP is a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in electrical project engineering or management
  • Prior experience working on regional or nationwide projects preferred

Other Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel up to 25% regionally and nationwide
  • Ability to commute to La Porte, TX, or Houston, TX regularly
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
