Job description

Role Overview:

Seeking Mechanical Design Engineers and Quality Checkers with a strong Manufacturing Engineering background, specifically within the Aerospace sector. This role involves contributing to New Product Introduction and sustaining engineering projects, ensuring product quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives.
  • Track and investigate in-service reliability issues.
  • Review non-conforming materials and propose solutions.
  • Implement production modifications as required.
  • Fulfill Project Engineer requirements for NPI and sustaining projects.
  • Develop methods and processes for task flow, control, and execution.
  • Interact directly with customers to understand requirements and propose/implement technical solutions.
  • Engage in the design and development of various modules and release processes.
  • Work closely with customers to gather and understand project requirements.
  • Perform data segregation and triaging activities.
  • Participating in business requirement discussions and providing key technical inputs.
  • Directly handling technical queries from customer.

Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience in the Aerospace industry.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks.
  • Experience with MATLAB Simulink.
  • Proficiency in Catia software.
  • Strong Manufacturing Engineering background.
  • Must be a US Citizen (ITAR Requirement).
  • EIS: Aerospace Design - Mechanical System expertise.

Qualifications:
  • Experience Required: 6-8 years.
