Job description
Summary
The psychologist is responsible for providing comprehensive psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy for adults in the Outpatient Clinic and Group Psychotherapy in the Inpatient Units. Services provided affirm patients’ strengths, broaden their problem-solving abilities, and increase their self-knowledge. Psychologist is able to work within a clinical team of psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, nurses and psychotherapists.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Must be culturally competent
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
REQUIRED LICENSES, Certificates, Registrations:
- Must be a licensed (State of Illinois) psychologist licensed under the Clinical Psychologist Licensing Act with specialized training in mental health services
