Road Warrior Staffing is hiring an experienced Class A CDL Driver for a dedicated regional route running between the Chicago, IL and Columbus, OH areas.
This position offers a consistent, year-round route with approximately three round trips per week and home time every weekend. Drivers may reside near University Park, IL, throughout the Chicagoland area, or in the surrounding Whiteside area, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced regional drivers looking for predictable routes and steady income.
Qualified drivers can expect to earn approximately $1,600–$2,000 in weekly take-home pay, depending on the driver’s specific circumstances and route earnings.
The position provides a consistent round-trip route between the Chicago and Columbus areas.
Duties
Safely operate the assigned commercial motor vehicle
Complete scheduled round-trip routes between the Chicago and Columbus, OH areas
Maintain reliable and on-time service
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all applicable DOT regulations and company safety requirements
Maintain professional communication with dispatch and customers
Maintain accurate records and required documentation
Safely operate the assigned equipment in accordance with company procedures
Maintain a professional attitude and appearance while representing the company
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Minimum 2 years of Class A CDL driving experience
Valid Class A CDL
Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle
Ability to meet applicable carrier and insurance requirements
Clean and acceptable driving history
Ability to comply with applicable DOT regulations
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to complete scheduled round trips
Ability to maintain consistent weekend home time
