Job Description

Road Warrior Staffing is currently hiring Class A CDL Home Daily Drivers for dedicated routes running from Romeoville, IL to various delivery locations throughout Indiana.

This position offers home-daily work, a $1,650 weekly salary, consistent routes, and steady hours. Drivers will work six days per week with shifts generally lasting 10–12 hours.

Start and end times may change depending on the needs of the lane, so drivers must be comfortable with flexible beginning and ending shift times.

Duties

Safely operate a Class A CDL commercial motor vehicle
Complete assigned routes from Romeoville, IL to Indiana delivery locations
Maintain reliable and on-time service
Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all applicable DOT, safety, and company regulations
Complete required delivery paperwork and documentation
Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and other personnel
Safely transport and secure assigned freight
Maintain awareness of traffic, road, and weather conditions
Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach throughout each route
Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Commercial driving experience required
Must reside within approximately 25–35 miles of Romeoville, IL
Ability to safely operate a commercial motor vehicle
Acceptable driving record
Ability to meet applicable DOT and company requirements
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to work 6 days per week
Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts
Flexibility with changing start and end times
Ability to return home daily
