- Pull metal plates required for truss assembly.
- Set up and operate presses, nail guns, and other related equipment.
- Secure plates using a hammer and/or press.
- Lift and stack finished trusses from lumber carts.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas.
- Report equipment malfunctions or product defects to the Section Lead.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines (written and unwritten).
- Properly wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection, and gloves.
- Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Section Lead or Foreman.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform repetitive tasks.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work in a production environment for extended periods.
