About the Role
We’re looking for a contract Talent Coordinator to support hiring across our Los Angeles Market. You’ll own scheduling, candidate communication, and process coordination—partnering closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams to ensure a fast, organized, and seamless hiring experience.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across hourly roles.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely and professional follow-up
- Provide onsite support for hiring events
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in ATS (Greenhouse)
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to resolve scheduling conflicts and keep processes moving
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and overall candidate experience
- Support and refine workflows within the Talent Acquisition function
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, customer service, or administrative support
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with recruiters, hiring managers, and operations teams
- Experience with Google Suite, Slack, and ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus
