Key responsibilities include:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
•  Educate customers about various cannabis products, including their effects, benefits, and consumption methods.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on individual customer needs and preferences.
• Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring all products are accurately labeled and displayed.
•  Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and compliance regulations to ensure a safe and compliant shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and contribute to the overall success of the dispensary.
• Delivering cannabis products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations regarding cannabis delivery.
• Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and inventory.
• Providing exceptional customer service during each interaction, answering questions, and offering product recommendations when necessary.
• Collaborating with the retail team to manage inventory and assist with in-store operations as needed.
  
  

Salary

$20 - $22 USD per hour

Required Skills

- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of cannabis products and their effects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and processing transactions.

-Familiarity of NYC public transportation and ability to ride a bike.
- Familiarity with local and state cannabis regulations.
- Reliable transportation for deliveries.

Desired Skills

- Previous experience in a delivery or courier role in the cannabis industry.

-Must have Cannabis retail experience for over 1 Year

-Strong interpersonal skill and self starter mentality
- Customer service experience in a retail environment.
- Knowledge of the TriBeCa area and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Passion for cannabis and commitment to promoting responsible use.
