Role: Packaging Manager
Location: Monson, MA
Exempt

Your Impact:
- Lead and oversee the packaging department of the facility.
- Manage daily packaging tasks, including vape & pre roll filling, accurate labeling, weighing, and packaging with quality assurance
- Hire, train, mentor, coach, and develop team members
- Monitor and update inventory levels to align with production goals, customer orders, and sales data
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient order fulfillment
- Continuously identify and implement improvements in safety, productivity, quality, and team engagement
