Production Supervisor (PM Shift)
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (may be subject to change based on operational needs)
Location: Ewing, NJ
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead operations within our cannabis production facility. This is a hands-on role responsible for overseeing trimming, packaging, and processing while ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency.
You will lead a team, drive performance, and maintain consistent production standards in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise daily production operations (trim, packaging, processing)
- Lead, coach, and develop team members
- Ensure compliance with cannabis regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Maintain quality control and product consistency
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and production priorities
- Track production data and maintain accurate records
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of supervisory experience (cannabis or production environment preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory systems
- Strong communication skills and work ethic
