  • Perform minor to intermediate HVAC maintenance and repairs, including monitoring grow-room climate systems and supporting repairs to air handlers, mini-splits, dehumidifiers, fans, and ducting.

  • Assist with calibration and tuning of environmental control and climate systems.

  • Maintain and support cultivation plumbing systems, including irrigation and fertigation lines, drainage systems, reservoirs, valves, emitters, fittings, water filtration, and nutrient delivery infrastructure.

  • Diagnose electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues impacting plant environments and escalate findings to the Senior Director of Cultivation as appropriate.

  • Install and maintain appliances, equipment, and devices essential to cultivation operations.

  • Support the repair and upkeep of structural elements within cultivation spaces to ensure areas remain functional, clean, and compliant.

  • Assist cultivation leadership during building inspections related to cultivation operations.

  • Perform preventive maintenance on cultivation machinery and mechanical systems, including fans, motors, pumps, irrigation and fertigation systems, HVAC components, and electrical fixtures.

  • Communicate preventive maintenance schedules to cultivation leadership to minimize downtime and operational disruption.

  • Collaborate with cultivation leadership and campus operations during construction or renovation projects impacting cultivation environments.

  • Report facility, equipment, or environmental issues to cultivation leadership in a timely manner.

  • Follow all Cultivation Department SOPs, safety protocols, and training requirements.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.
