Job Overview

MCL Talent Partners is recruiting on behalf of a client in the Mesquite area seeking motivated individuals who want to develop professional sales skills and build a long-term career.

This is an entry-level sales opportunity designed for candidates who are coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working directly with clients. No previous sales or industry experience is required.

The client provides structured product training, licensing support, hands-on coaching, and ongoing professional development while representatives learn how to build and manage a book of business.

The organization specializes in life, health, and supplemental protection products for individuals and families.

What You’ll Do

• Complete structured sales, product, and compliance training
• Meet with prospective clients and explain available protection options through consultative appointments
• Generate opportunities, manage follow-up, and maintain client communication
• Track leads, appointments, and pipeline activity using CRM
• Build and maintain relationships with current clients while identifying additional needs
• Participate in ongoing coaching and take on greater responsibility as performance grows

What We’re Looking For

This position is designed for entry-level and early-career candidates. Previous sales experience can be helpful but is not required.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

• Strong communication skills and confidence working with prospective clients
• Coachable, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to client activity
• Willingness to learn Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Interested in long-term sales growth and willing to complete required state licensing
• Licensing is required; support is provided throughout the onboarding and licensing process.

Compensation

• Performance-based with uncapped earning potential + performance bonuses
• Target first-year range for dedicated reps: $46,400 – $88,700+, depending on performance
