Reefer Team advantages and earnings include:
- Average weekly pay - $1,671 each
- Mileage Pay - .72 - .74 cpm + premium pay
- Weekly Pay Guarantee Teams OTR - $1,550
- Weekly Pay Guarantee Teams Home Weekly - $1,400
- 5,500-6,500 miles per week miles
- Late-model equipment (average 2 years or newer) with APUs, automatic transmissions, grille guards and more
- Immediate detention pay - starts the second you stop - adds up to an extra $6,000 a year

Qualifications:
