Electric Lettuce, voted Best Dispensary 2026, is looking for an experienced Assistant Dispensary Manager with a passion for the cannabis industry who enjoys developing a team, delivering great customer service, and keeping a busy dispensary running smoothly.

What You'll Do
- Support the Dispensary Manager with day-to-day store operations and team leadership
- Lead by example on the sales floor and coach employees on customer service, product knowledge, sales, and store expectations
- Educate customers about cannabis and help them find the right fit
- Maintain accurate inventory and support compliance with OLCC and company requirements
- Support opening and closing procedures, cash handling, merchandising, and other operational needs
- Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for business
What You Bring
- Previous retail and customer service experience required; cannabis experience is a plus
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to coach employees, provide direction, and hold the team accountable
- Must be 21 years of age or older and hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, and kneel throughout the workday and push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds
