Job description
We’re looking for a QA Manager to lead the daily execution of quality assurance across our cultivation, post-harvest, and warehouse operations. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role makes sure quality checks actually happen at the point of work, that they mean the same thing at every site, and that what they find is recorded, routed, and resolved.
The QA Manager will directly own in-process quality execution across all sites, the standard of work and consistency of method for the site QA teams, and the intake of deviations, nonconformances, and customer complaints — investigating at the point of occurrence and routing verified issues into corrective action.
This is a builder role: you will set how quality assurance operates on the floor, provide functional direction to the Operations Coordinators and QA Specialists across our sites, and grow into direct leadership of the site QA organization as the department expands. The responsibilities below capture the core of this role, but as Glass House Brands grows quickly, your scope may evolve to match new opportunities and business needs.
Salary
$80000 - $110000 USD per year
