Harvest Associate

Green Gold Group is a vertically integrated cannabis company dedicated to cultivating and producing premium cannabis products. We pride ourselves on professionalism, quality, and compliance. We’re looking for entry-level team members to support our Harvest & Refreshing operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. • Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Background check (CORI) required prior to employment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with harvesting cannabis plants (defanning, cutting, and resetting rooms).
• Follow company SOPs and state regulations for compliant product handling.
• Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of grow rooms and equipment.
• Accurately track plant material during harvest.
• Support resetting rooms for new cultivation cycles.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily quotas

Compensation commensurate with experience in role.

Salary

$17 - $22 USD per hour
