Lease - Tyson Power Only
This fleet's drivers primarily operate in Iowa, Nebraska, Minnesota, Missouri, Wisconsin, Kansas, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois (including Chicago). Potential runs to the East Coast and Florida are possible.
Independent Contractors enjoy the following:
- Extra $100/week = $1,450 availability incentive pay
- Availability Incentive Pay is subject to restrictions and inclusive of any per diem pay. Must be available for six days of dispatch

Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive Bonus
The incremental bonus is $0.10 to $0.30/mile above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period. The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period with no accidents, claims, CSA points, citations, or service failures.
- Miles 0 - 3,999 = $0.00
- Miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $0.10/mile
- Miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $0.20/mile
- Miles 8,000+ = $0.30/mile
Example
The operator has 4 safe weeks during the bonus period and runs 8,650 dispatched miles during this time. The operator will earn:
- No extra pay for miles 0 - 3,999
- $0.10/mile for miles 4,000 - 5,999 = $199.90 (1,999 miles)
- $0.20/mile for miles 6,000 - 7,999 = $399.80 (1,999 miles)
- $0.30/mile for miles over 8,000 = $195 (650 miles)
- Total monthly bonus payout: $794.70
Pay Information
$0.99 Fuel: Independent contractors on a lease purchase pay only $.99/gal for fuel regardless of the pump price at authorized locations.
Additional Pay Information
Additional charges may be incurred if contractors:
- Exceed 5% miles out of route (national average/MPG- roughly $.65 per excess mile at current fuel prices)
- Exceed idle fuel consumption of 7 gallons per week (excess gallons consumed idling to be charged at the national average price for that week)
- Exceeding 50 gallons of fuel purchased at unauthorized locations during the week will result in a $.25 per gallon charge for each excess gallon (Pilot/Flying J network represents 95% of the current recommended authorized gallons)
