Role: School District Manager Hours: Must be Flexible Location: Travel between Accounts in New York Join Campus Services Group (CSG) as a School District Manager! In this role, you’ll manage multiple accounts within an assigned geographic area, ensuring that custodial services meet high standards and comply with federal/state regulations. You’ll provide leadership and guidance to support our teams in delivering excellent service, while also maintaining accurate records and managing budgets. Manage multiple school accounts in a designated geographic area in compliance with policies and regulations.Lead custodial and laundry teams (if applicable) to meet quality, safety, and customer service standards.Maintain accurate records of income, expenditures, personnel, supplies, and equipment.Provide and document training for all employees in the assigned area.Perform custodial and floor technician duties when necessary.Review reports, approve payroll, manage corrective actions, and assist with open enrollment. Bachelor’s degree in management or related field (preferred); high school diploma or equivalent required.3+ years of multi-site experience, preferably in healthcare or school environments, with supervisory experience.Specialized training in custodial and laundry equipment operation is desirable.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to manage budgets and grow accounts.Professional and positive relationship-building skills with staff and school executives.Proven success in P&L and budget management.Excellent organizational and time management skills with a track record of growing accounts.Must be able to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend and walk for extended periods. Must be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.Must be able to work around cleaning products.Must be able to travel (up to 75%) for account visits and activities, with a willingness to relocate if necessary.Valid driver's license.
