We’re looking for entry-level team members to support our Harvest & Refreshing operations in a fast-paced, regulated environment. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Frequent bending, squatting, and reaching required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist with harvesting cannabis plants (defanning, cutting, and resetting rooms).
- Follow company SOPs and state regulations for compliant product handling.
- Perform detailed cleaning and sanitization of grow rooms and equipment.
- Accurately track plant material during harvest.
- Support resetting rooms for new cultivation cycles.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily quotas
Compensation commensurate with experience in role.
Salary
$17 - $22 USD per hour
