Sales Associate

Sales Associates are responsible for giving life to the mission, vision and values of our company. Associates must thrive in a fast paced and ever-changing industry and working environment, while maintaining an eye for excellence and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires a high level of organization, reliability and high level of attention to detail. Associates are expected to illustrate their expertise in areas of professionalism, integrity, teamwork and respect. Primarily, you will be providing quality customer service to all patients and customers by listening to and understanding their medical and recreational needs.

Essential Job Functions

• Comply with HIPAA laws and Cannabis Control Commission regulations as they relate to the cannabis industry.
• Must act with honesty and knowledge to promote culture, values and mission of the company.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality as well as following a dress code and attire policies.
• Ensures all operational policies and procedures are known and followed, including those for cash handling and safety and security.
• Ability to work and thrive in high-paced high-volume competitive sales environment.
• Full understanding of all digital platforms in retail dispensary.
• Maintain a tidy, safe and professional work environment.
• Ability to understand and explain testing results, strains, cannabinoids and their different effects.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on needs of the company.
• Ensure each customer or patent is provided excellent service and exceeds expectations and inspires confidence.
• Ability to creatively deal with problems and resolve them in a professional matter.
• Team-player mentality.

Salary

$20 - $20 USD per hour

Required Skills

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong attention to detail
• Superior customer service skills and phone etiquette
• High-volume retail environment experience
• Attention to detail with the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Must have the ability to lift 50lbs. push or pull 100lbs. with assistance and stand for long periods of time
• Strong software and computer skills
• Passion for cannabis
• Must adhere to the Ma. CCC hiring guidelines
