As our Cultivation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping that vision. Working with a passionate team in a dynamic environment, you will lead the cultivation operations to ensure the highest quality of cannabis production. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the cultivation process, from plant health and growth to harvesting and post-harvest processing. You will implement best practices, manage a dedicated team, and drive innovation in our cultivation techniques. Salary
$90000 - $100000 USD per yearRequired Skills
- Minimum of 21 years of age.- Proven experience in cannabis cultivation management or a similar role within the agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and pest management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficient in inventory management and record-keeping related to cultivation processes.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize plant health and yield.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with state regulations and compliance requirements in the cannabis industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, botany, or a related field.- Experience with organic and sustainable cultivation practices.
- Knowledge of advanced cultivation technologies and systems, such as hydroponics or aeroponics.
