Cultivation Manager

As our Cultivation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping that vision. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all aspects of the cultivation process, from plant health and growth to harvesting and post-harvest processing. You will implement best practices, manage a dedicated team, and drive innovation in our cultivation techniques. Salary

$90000 - $100000 USD per year

Required Skills

- Minimum of 21 years of age.
- Proven experience in cannabis cultivation management or a similar role within the agricultural sector.
- Strong understanding of plant biology, cultivation techniques, and pest management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Proficient in inventory management and record-keeping related to cultivation processes.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to optimize plant health and yield.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with state regulations and compliance requirements in the cannabis industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Desired Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in horticulture, botany, or a related field.
- Experience with organic and sustainable cultivation practices.
- Knowledge of advanced cultivation technologies and systems, such as hydroponics or aeroponics.
- Previous experience in a start-up or small business environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
