Warehouse Supervisor - Logistics, 3PL

Established (15+ Years) Premier Third-Party Logistics Company Seeking Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor for 3PL and Distribution Operations in Orangeburg, SC

An established third-party logistics and distribution company with over 15 years in operation is seeking a Bilingual (English and Spanish) Warehouse Supervisor with 3-5+ years of supervisory experience to join their team onsite in Orangeburg, SC. This role will support the facility's Warehouse Manager by actively supervising and directing floor employees within 3PL warehouse and distribution operations (Plus), ensuring daily performance targets, staffing accountability, and adherence to company standards.

Offer:

Base salary: $40,000-$50,000+, contingent on experience
Bonus: 6-8%, based on company profitability

Qualifications:

3-5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or third-party logistics (3PL) environment
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree in business or operations management preferred
Proven ability to lead, direct, and develop floor-level employees
Experience supporting a warehouse manager or senior operations leader in a fast-paced 3PL or distribution setting
Familiarity with inbound and outbound logistics, receiving, and shipping processes
Demonstrated hands-on proficiency with the Extensiv WMS, formerly known as 3PL Central, is a plus
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required
Strong communication and organizational skills
High school diploma required, associate's or bachelor's degree in business or operations management preferred

Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct warehouse employees on the floor to ensure productivity and adherence to company procedures
Support the Warehouse Manager in overseeing daily 3PL and distribution operations
Monitor workflow and staffing levels across inbound and outbound activity to meet productivity and shipping goals
Train, coach, and develop floor employees to build a strong and accountable team
Assist with inventory accuracy and coordination of receiving, staging, and outbound shipments
Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Communicate performance expectations and address employee concerns promptly
Assist with scheduling, attendance tracking, and performance evaluations
