Traveling MEP Superintendent - Construction

What You Will Be Doing
- Oversee field teams on large-scale mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) projects
- Be responsible for project execution from start to finish
- Work closely with upper management and project managers to ensure job safety and successful completion
- Build and lead strong field teams while delivering quality work, meeting customer expectations, managing scope, and staying on schedule and within budget
- Drive field performance and productivity through effective leadership and execution
- Lead technical coordination, scheduling, procurement, and workforce planning for MEP scopes
- Evaluate and improve field processes and systems to meet customer requirements and profitability goals
- Review overall project requirements and specific MEP installation methodologies as needed
- Ensure schedule milestones are met and adjust field priorities based on changing conditions and job requirements
- Interact with clients to confirm expectations are understood and met throughout the project lifecycle
- Participate in project reviews with a focus on field progress and forecasting
- Ensure high-quality installation and delivery of MEP systems
- Proactively communicate challenges, risks, and successes to stakeholders

What You Need for this Position
- 3+ years of experience in MEP field supervision or project execution
- Extensive knowledge of MEP systems, scheduling, change orders, and construction contracts
- Proven ability to build relationships and contribute to winning projects
- Demonstrated success in managing productive and profitable field operations
- Strong initiative, execution, and communication skills-both oral and written
- Excellent analytical, motivational, and leadership abilities
