Federal Construction Superintendent
$100,000-$150,000 Base + Company-Paid Family Healthcare

This opportunity allows you to keep your home base anywhere in the U.S. while traveling to large federal construction projects nationwide.
You'll join a growing prime federal contractor with a national footprint and a diverse project portfolio that spans ground-up construction, critical infrastructure, secure facilities, and disaster response operations across the United States.
The schedule is designed for long-term travel professionals:
- Typically 3 weeks on-site, then a long weekend home
- Fly home Friday, return Monday
- All flights covered by the company
- Monthly housing/travel stipend of approximately $3,500 (varies depending on project location)
- No relocation required

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years as a Superintendent or Construction Supervisor
- Federal construction experience (NAVFAC / USACE / DoD etc)
- Experience leading complex construction projects (ideally over $50M preferred)
- Working knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety requirements
