- Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles, craft compelling job postings, and move searches forward with urgency and precision
- Source cleared talent (Secret, Top Secret, SCI) across DoD, DOE, and Intelligence Community pipelines using LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and professional networks
- Build and maintain a robust candidate pipeline in the ATS, ensuring data integrity and reporting metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to senior leadership
- Drive university relations and internship pipelines to develop early-career quantitative talent
- Champion the employee referral program, train staff on networking best practices, and serve as the primary brand ambassador in the talent market
What you need
- 2-6 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience within the government contracting industry
- Demonstrated experience recruiting cleared candidates (DoD, DOE, or Intelligence Community - Secret through SCI)
- Proven ability to source, assess, and close candidates for quantitative or analytically oriented roles
- Strong communication skills with the ability to advise hiring managers and present data-driven recommendations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Nice to have
- Prior staffing agency or contingency recruiting background
- Familiarity with compensation benchmarking and internal equity analysis
- Experience managing or improving an ATS workflow
- Established professional networks within the federal analytics or defense contracting community
