Location: Louisville, KY- Hybrid flexibility

Base Salary Range: $80k to $100k/year + commission + bonus (Based on Experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Tax Senior - Supervisor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse range of clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax regulations. This position offers an opportunity to lead a team while providing exceptional service and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and review tax returns for various entities including corporations, S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support on tax-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and staying updated on tax law changes.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for tax-related inquiries and services.
- Assist clients with tax planning strategies to minimize liabilities and optimize tax positions.
- Prepare and review tax provisions and financial statement disclosures.
- Utilize tax software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Public accounting experience with a focus on tax.
- 3+ years of experience in a tax-related role.
- CPA designation preferred, or pursuing CPA.
- Strong knowledge of corporate tax, S-Corp, partnerships, and individual tax returns.
- Experience with tax software and technology solutions.
- Excellent client relations and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
