Position Overview
The Tax Senior will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the tax compliance and consulting services for our diverse client base. This position requires a deep understanding of tax regulations and the ability to provide strategic tax planning for individuals and various business entities, including partnerships, C-Corps, and S-Corps.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare complex tax returns for individuals, partnerships, C-Corps, and S-Corps.
- Conduct tax research and analysis to provide clients with strategic tax planning advice.
- Review and supervise the work of junior staff members to ensure accuracy and compliance with tax laws.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on tax-related matters.
- Stay updated on the latest tax regulations and trends to provide timely advice to clients.
- Assist with IRS audits and tax controversy matters when necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field; CPA certification required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public accounting, specializing in tax.
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations for individuals and various business entities.
- Experience with HNWI (High Net Worth Individuals) tax matters is a plus.
- Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
