Tax Manager

You'll join a well-established public accounting firm where professionals are given direct exposure to complex tax matters, meaningful advisory responsibilities, and the ability to work closely with leadership on sophisticated engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage tax engagements for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, estates, and closely held businesses
- Lead tax planning initiatives, quarterly projections, and multi-state tax compliance
- Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of tax and advisory accounts
- Review tax returns and provide technical guidance to staff
Qualifications / Nice to Have
Must Have
- CPA license
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals
- Trust and estate tax expertise
- Multi-state tax compliance experience
- Tax planning and projection experience
- Experience reviewing tax returns and staff work
Nice to Have
- Family office experience
- Advanced tax consulting and advisory experience
- Experience mentoring and developing tax professionals
Compensation
- Base salary in the $150,000 range
- Annual bonus of approximately $10,000
