Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead all on-site construction activities and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily field operations and project schedules.
- Oversee subcontractors and trade partners.
- Ensure project quality, safety, and timely completion.
- Maintain project documentation and site coordination.
- Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction.
- Knowledge of LEAN construction and LEED building practices.
- Strong leadership, communication, and technology skills.
- Ability to travel and support remote project assignments.
