Commercial Construction Superintendent (Bay Area)
Join a leading commercial construction firm specializing in life science, tenant improvement, building repositioning, and seismic/structural projects throughout the Bay Area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all on-site construction activities from project start to completion.
- Lead subcontractors, coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and municipal agencies.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Ensure jobsite safety, quality control, and successful project delivery.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of commercial superintendent experience.
- Strong relationships with local city inspectors and subcontractors required.
- Proficiency in Procore, PlanGrid, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of Cal-OSHA safety requirements.
- Valid California Driver's License with a clean driving record.

- Base salary starting at $130,000+ DOE.
