Superintendent

We are a well established commercial general contractor delivering high profile commercial construction projects in Las Vegas. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Tilt-wall Superintendent to join our Las Vegas team. The Tilt-wall Superintendent will oversee all field operations related to tilt-up concrete construction from site preparation through panel erection and project completion. This role requires a highly motivated construction professional with a strong safety mindset, proven leadership skills, and extensive experience managing tilt-wall schedules, subcontractors, and quality control.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities for tilt-wall projects.
• Coordinate concrete placement, panel casting, lifting, erection, and bracing operations.
• Manage subcontractors, equipment, manpower, and material deliveries.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Conduct daily site meetings and maintain project documentation.
• Enforce company safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, owners, and inspectors.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project specifications.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively.
• Maintain project schedules and drive critical path activities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Superintendent experience with commercial construction.
• Direct experience managing tilt-wall concrete projects required.
• Strong knowledge of concrete operations, panel erection, rigging, and site logistics.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and subcontractor management experience.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to work full-time on project sites.
