Because of our growth on the Multi Family side, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent with a strong background in ground up, wood frame, multi unit construction. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality residential communities.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of multi-family construction projects, from site mobilization to final closeout.
- Lead and motivate a team of subcontractors and field personnel.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
- Conduct daily inspections, identify and resolve construction issues, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction, with a strong emphasis on garden-style apartment projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and specifications.
- Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
- OSHA 30 certification required.
