The work you will actually do
- Plan and coordinate structural steel scopes, schedules, and budgets
- Review shop drawings, calculations, and fabrication details
- Solve steel issues in real time during fabrication and erection
- Support field crews and erectors with technical clarity
- Ensure code compliance, QC, and safe execution
Projects you would touch
- Transportation, infrastructure, and complex steel packages
- High visibility work where mistakes are not an option
What they are looking for
- Degree in civil or structural engineering
- Strong grasp of codes, shop drawings, and field coordination
- AISC / AWS exp strongly preferred
- PE or PMP strongly preferred
