Sheetmetal Foreman - HVAC
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Foreman to lead our team in the installation and fabrication of sheet metal products. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills and a comprehensive understanding of blueprints to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the sheet metal installation and fabrication team.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Ensure all installations are compliant with safety regulations and company standards.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that work is completed on schedule.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in sheet metal fabrication and installation.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and maintain compliance with safety protocols.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure successful project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sheetmetal Foreman or similar role.
- HVAC.
- CT Sheetmetal License is required.
- Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Must be able to travel frequently to surrounding areas.
