The Role
We need an experienced CPA who owns the full spectrum of tax work (planning, prep, review) and genuinely thrives building client relationships. This is a high-visibility role leading our tax practice, with a real path to partnership for someone who makes a meaningful difference in our clients' lives and the firm's growth.
Job Duties
- Lead tax planning, preparation, and review for a broad, sophisticated client base
- Build and maintain deep, lasting client relationships as a trusted advisor
- Identify proactive planning opportunities and translate complex tax matters into clear guidanceMentor team members and elevate technical quality across the firm
What You Need
- Active CPA license
- 10+ years of tax experience with depth in planning, preparation, and review
- Strong technical command of individual and business taxation
