Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Superintendent to join our team, focusing on Medical & Healthcare Construction projects. With the initial project located in Alamo, NM, work will be in and around the Albuquerque area.
What You Will Be Doing
- Provide and oversee site management & day-to-day field activities
- Develop and manage project schedule
- Participate in staff meetings
- Maintain paperwork on project
- Obtain inspections & ensure jobsite safety
- Develop & maintain positive relationships with members on jobsite
What You Need for this Position
- 7+ years as a Superintendent
- Medical/Healthcare Construction experience
- Strong communication and leadership
- Computer knowledge
- OSHA 30
