Job Title: Senior Electrical Project Manager
Location: Waterbury, CT (client is open to covering full relocation expenses)
Salary Rate: $130,000 - $170,000 (salary depends on experience)
A leading electrical construction and industrial services contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join its growing team. The senior project manager will be responsible for overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across commercial, industrial, and mission-critical environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of electrical construction projects
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and field operations to ensure alignment and accountability
- Maintain strict adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and quality expectations
- Build and sustain strong client relationships, serving as a primary point of contact
- Oversee project financials, including forecasting, cost control, and reporting
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues proactively
- Support business development efforts through estimating, proposals, and client engagement
Qualifications
- 8+ years of project management experience in electrical construction (mission-critical experience preferred)
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar projects from start to finish
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction sequencing, and field operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- PMP certification or relevant technical degree preferred
