Company Overview
We are a leading provider of emergency response, restoration and reconstruction services for commercial and residential properties. For more than 30 years, we've helped clients recover quickly and confidently from fire, water, storm and environmental damage.
We are building a more connected approach to property protection - bringing together prevention, response and restoration to deliver faster outcomes and better experiences for our customers.

- Provide operations leadership for disaster restoration activities, ensuring consistent execution of mitigation, remediation, and reconstruction processes across branches.
- Deliver strong field leadership by supporting branch managers, supervising complex or high-risk jobs, and stepping into incident command during large-scale disaster responses.
- Oversee branch management including staffing, performance management, training, and succession planning for branch leadership.
- Ensure safety and compliance: enforce safety programs, regulatory requirements, and company policies at all sites and job locations.
- Drive business development and client relationship management with insurers, property managers, commercial clients, and referral sources to grow regional revenue.
- Monitor and report on operational KPIs, quality metrics, and customer satisfaction; implement continuous improvement initiatives to raise standards and reduce cycle time.
- Manage vendor relationships, subcontractor performance, and procurement to control costs and ensure quality delivery.
- Implement training and professional development programs to raise field skill levels and certifications across the region.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in disaster restoration operations, leadership and branch management responsibility.
- Demonstrated operations leadership with direct P&L responsibility and measurable results in profitability, cost control, and growth.
- Experience managing multiple branches or sites preferred.
- Track record of developing staff and managers and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills; able to build credibility with insurers, commercial clients, and referral partners.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen: comfortable with budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
- High level of personal accountability, safety mindset, and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
