Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate transactional experience
• Coop/Condominium Acquisition Experience a Huge Plus
• Experience with both commercial and residential transactions required
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• New York Bar admission required
• NYC-based attorneys willing to commute to White Plains are encouraged to apply

Position Overview

This role focuses on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is a confident, business-minded attorney who can manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related agreements
• Conduct due diligence, title review, and coordinate closings
• Work directly with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
• Provide strategic counsel on transactional matters

Compensation

• Base salary: 140000 to 200000
• Bonus eligibility
