A well-established, mid-sized law firm based in White Plains, New York is seeking a Real Estate Transactional Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join its growing practice.

Position Overview

This role focuses on a wide range of commercial and residential real estate transactions. The ideal candidate is a confident, business-minded attorney who can manage matters independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Handle commercial and residential real estate transactions from inception through closing
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and related agreements
  • Conduct due diligence, title review, and coordinate closings
  • Work directly with clients, lenders, and other stakeholders
  • Provide strategic counsel on transactional matters

Compensation

  • Base salary: 140000 to 200000
  • Bonus eligibility
