The Opportunity

This position offers significant involvement in commercial real estate finance transactions from inception through closing. You'll work closely with attorneys, lenders, and other transaction participants, handling a variety of responsibilities that are essential to successful deal execution.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain and update lender-specific form documents.
  • Conduct litigation, bankruptcy, and UCC searches in support of financing transactions.
  • Prepare and file UCC financing statements and related filings.
  • Coordinate transaction closings and prepare final closing packages.
  • Organize executed documents and ensure all required signatures and closing deliverables are obtained.
  • Deliver finalized loan documentation to lenders following closing.
  • Organize, maintain, and track due diligence materials throughout the transaction lifecycle.
  • Assist with additional transactional and administrative projects as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience supporting a high-volume transactional legal practice.
  • Experience with real estate finance transactions, including title and survey review.
  • Strong knowledge of UCC filings and transactional closing processes.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and document formatting using Styles.
  • Strong experience working with PDF editing and document management applications.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Experience working with document management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment and handle occasional overtime when necessary.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

  • Join a sophisticated real estate finance practice with a steady flow of transactional work.
  • Play a meaningful role in complex commercial lending transactions.
  • Work with a collaborative team that values accuracy, ownership, and professionalism.
  • Enjoy flexibility in work arrangements while remaining connected to an active legal practice.
  • Opportunity for long-term growth within a respected transactional platform.
