Job description
We are a top real estate and title law firm founded in 2004. We are seeking a experienced Real Estate Attorney to join our Columbus-area team. We serve clients across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and West Virginia, with a strong focus on real estate transactions, title matters, estate planning, probate, and legal counsel for real estate industry professionals. The firm's mission is to serve as "counsel for the real estate industry."
Responsibilities
-Advise clients on residential and commercial real estate transactions
-Review, draft, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, easements, and related documents
-Provide guidance on title, escrow, settlement, and conveyance matters
-Counsel buyers, sellers, lenders, agents, brokers, investors, and developers
-Identify and resolve title issues, contract concerns, and transaction risks
-Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, title professionals, and client service teams
Qualifications
-J.D. from an accredited law school
-Licensed to practice in Ohio; Kentucky license a plus
-4+ years of residential real estate experience
-Strong drafting, communication, and client-service skills
-Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
