Title: Quality Engineer
Location: Columbus, IN 47201
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE

Founded in 1959, we have grown into a global leader in the design, development, and manufacture of aerosol dispensing systems and packaging solutions, serving customers across personal care, household, pharmaceutical, and industrial markets worldwide. At our Columbus site, we are seeking a Quality Systems Engineer to maintain and enhance our Quality Management System (QMS), support audit readiness and regulatory compliance, drive corrective and preventive action initiatives, and collaborate across teams to ensure products and processes consistently meet the highest quality and customer standards.

What You Will Be Doing

• Maintain and enhance the site's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, BRCGS, customer requirements, and internal quality standards
• Lead internal audit programs, support customer and certification audits, and drive corrective actions to ensure ongoing audit readiness and regulatory compliance
• Investigate quality issues and nonconformances, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions to improve product and process quality
• Manage quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, records, and controlled documents within the Mango document management system
• Deliver quality training and drive continuous improvement initiatives, strengthen quality awareness, and share best practices across the organization

What You Need for This Position

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Quality, Chemistry, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered in place of a degree.
• Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Systems, or a related quality function within a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems required; BRCGS is a plus.
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, 5Ys, and Root Cause Analysis
